Catton Hall cancelled

We have confirmation from Dave Hollis of The British Mini Club that their British Mini Day event at Catton Hall, due to take place this Sunday, has been cancelled due to a waterlogged site. "Having organised over 50 shows in the last 16 or 17 years this is the first time we've had to cancel an event so we are rather gutted, especially as we were well booked up with clubs and traders," said Dave.
"We had a site meeting with Catton Hall people this morning and at 11am we decided that the best thing for health and safety reasons was to cancel - we didn't want people ankle deep in mud," he added.
The club are hoping for better luck for next year as they are planning events on hard-standing rather than green-field sites.
